FAQs

Do you sell wholesale to boutiques?

Absolutely! Our stockist list has been growing steadily and we are head over heels about our retail relationships. Feel free to email us at molly@shopflyingfox.com for wholesale information.

Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock an item?

YES! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram. We post updates about our products, collaborations, pop up shops and more. Also you can sign up for our mailing list!

How long does it take my Flying Fox items to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 4-6 business days (unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please note Monogrammed orders take an additional 4-6 days). We are a boutique business, so we ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding national holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Oui! We love to ship to our international foxies. Orders shipped outside of the US are subject to customs duties and fees and take longer to arrive. Please contact us at flyingfox@shopflyingfox.com for international orders so we can give you an estimated shipping cost.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal and Amazon. You can select your method upon checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or credit. Item must be in its original, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

How should I care for my leather?

Most of our leathers goods come with a protective finish, so we recommend wiping them down with a leather milk now and again to retain their sheen. The light tan in the  clear Leigh bag and Kay pouches does not have a protective finish, so it will be more subject to stains. We recommend pre-treating your light colored bags with a leather protective cleanser to prevent dye transfer from dark clothing, such as dark jeans. We love the products from lovinmybags.com or Chamberlain's Leather Milk. And a tip: use the remnants of an old pair of stockings to apply. If you have questions regarding a specific product, please contact us directly. We're happy to help!
